Are prices fixed, or can I negotiate?

Yes, you can bid on goods via smatch. However, speed and price matter to get the goods if your bid is below the presented price. If you bid matches the presented price and you are the first bider, you will reliably receive the goods.

Are there minimum order quantities on smatch?
